Fixes:

-Title screen could softlock in V1.0 if "Continue" was selected without having a save file. The game now checks if the player has saved. Otherwise it'll reload the title screen, prompting the choices again.

-Dialogue for Butter Toast Guy.

-Fixed Businessman NPC for lower right house and added dialogue.

-Added dialogue to Ms. Pickles to help guide the player through the story.

-Prevented access to the staircase for the Roof area after delivering food to Dr. Coalman.
